Doc Kill Kea in Franz Josef 1080 Operation

"Doc tagged 18 Kea in pre-operation. Ten Kea lived inside the 1080 block during the danger period. Six of these Kea died from poisoning. 60%. Out of seven Kea that moved in and out of the 1080 area, one more was poisoned.
West Coast DOC now plan to drop more 1080 over Kea populations to test what happens".
